On
February 29th, we had a chance to show off our cooking skills during our
second Potluck event. We want to especially thank April & Andre Listhaeghe
for opening their clubhouse to us. The gorgeous view on the
Intracoastal, the balmy weather and the presence of our members
made this gathering unforgettable. After a varied lunch which included
typical Belgian recipes such as Filet Americain, Waterzooi,
Flemish stew and chocolate mousse a la Callebaut, we had a great laugh
with our film presentation "Rabbi Jacob" and Louis De Funes.
