On September 12, we brought back an all traditional
Belgian recipe: Mussels in white wine with fries. The mussels were so good
(and they tasted just like the true "Zeeuwse" ones!) that we couldn't get
enough of them. We can't thank Jean-Pierre enough for his hospitality and
for giving us a 'hint' of true home flavor. We followed up with the
presentation of "De Witte van Sichem", an old classic which brought back
some faded memories with many of our members.
